These terms and conditions apply if you choose to take up a subscription of the Ink Pellet. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Bubbles Publishing Ltd (“we” or “us”) makes subscriptions available to you.
1 SUBSCRIPTION
Your subscription entitles you to receive Ink Pellet throughout the UK. We will send you a single copy of Ink Pellet every term for the duration of your subscription.
Your subscription is personal to you and non-transferable, except where you place an order for a subscription in someone else’s name as a gift or on behalf of your school/college.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any application for a subscription for any reason.
We may use third parties to assist in the provision and fulfillment of any part of the subscription service on our behalf. We may pass your personal information provided by you to such third parties but only for the purposes of providing the subscription service to you.
2 AVAILABILITY
Subscription offers are available to UK residents aged 16 and over only. However, non-UK residents aged 16 and over can order a subscription for someone else as a gift, provided that the person who the gift is for is a UK resident.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change any subscription offer package and/or price at any time. This will not affect any subscription that you have already paid for, unless for some reason we are withdrawing a subscription offer due to our inability to fulfill that offer, in which case the provisions of section 7 below will apply. If we change the price of your subscription after you have paid for it, the provisions of section 6 below will apply.
3 RENEWALS
We will automatically renew your subscription, until you cancel. If we have changed the subscription system, since your last renewal, we will inform you of this in the renewal reminder notice so that you can choose whether or not to proceed with the renewal.
4 CANCELLATION
We may cancel your subscription immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions, including if we do not receive a payment when due from you.
5 INK PELLET EXTRA
By subscribing to the Ink Pellet, you will receive membership of Ink Pellet Extra.
By subscribing (or renewing your subscription), you agree to the Ink Pellet Extra terms and conditions (except for sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 which will not apply to Subscribers).
Your Data Please see section 9 of the Ink Pellet Extra terms and conditions for information on your data. If you do not wish to make use of membership of Ink Pellet Extra, or do not wish to be contacted in relation to Ink Pellet Extra, you may opt not to receive emails in any one of the Ink Pellet Extra emails.
In the event you do not want to be a member of Ink Pellet Extra or if you are already a member of Ink Pellet Extra and wish to take out a subscription, we regret that you will not be entitled to a refund of any part of your subscription fee.
In the event of any conflict between these Subscriber terms and conditions and the Ink Pellet Extra terms and conditions, the Subscriber terms and conditions shall take precedence.
6 OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We shall not be responsible for any failure by us to perform our obligations to you in relation to your subscription where this failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability to you in connection with your subscription will not exceed the total subscription fees charged for your current subscription.

8 GENERAL
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the subscription service that we provide to you. We acknowledge that you may receive written and verbal information from our customer services team which shall also be incorporated into these terms and conditions.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of our subscription service. Any changes will be notified to you so that you can choose whether or not to cancel your Ink Pellet Subscription, whether to proceed with your next renewal. The changes will apply to your subscription from your next payment date after we notify you of such changes. If you do not wish to accept the new terms and conditions you should not continue to subscribe as this will indicate your agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
